Dr. Alok Dube is licensed in Illinois and sees adults aged 18 to 60 anywhere in the state by secure video. Visits cover medication management, psychotherapy, clinical hypnosis, grief treatment, and lab, genetic, and cognitive testing. The practice is self-pay and out of network; a superbill is provided for possible reimbursement.
Prescriptions, including controlled medications when clinically appropriate, are sent electronically to an Illinois pharmacy. TMS and Spravato are not available by video; a local referral can be arranged.
